Part of Girl Guiding East Renfrewshire Scotland.  We meet on a Thursday evening from 7.30 - 9.30pm.

What’s on offer at Newton Mearns Parish Church Guides? The guides play games, they work towards earning badges of many kinds and the aim of the guides is to promote healthy wellbeing for all girls and give a positive and safe atmosphere.

They go out on visits: for example to the Ten Pin Bowling and to the Fire Station. They have speakers who come along and talk to them. Sometimes, they go to camps. Most important of all – Girl Guides have fun!

Many girls go on to be Ranger Guides when they leave Guides and some of these girls have gone on to become Queen’s Guides.

They are always on the lookout for new members/leaders/helpers to join in the fun!
